For 16 years, he taught supply chain management courses at Arizona State University, reaching over 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students during this time. In addition, Steven has 30 years of business experience with a strong background in production management, program management, and process improvement practices at the factory level. He has worked exclusively in the fields of operations management and service operations management and has managed strategic programs and projects in 10 different countries during his business career.
