DAY 2: FEBRUARY 23RD, 2022

This group call will be much more focused on me watching you practice! I’ll be doing less demonstrating and a lot more coaching! Along with individual tips and tricks, you’re going to get a chance to see everyone else in the community practicing too! These group calls are truly where you get to make some major improvements!

DAY 3: FEBRUARY 25TH, 2022

Day 3 is an extended class with a small segment at the end on how to structure your training once Handstand Bootcamp comes to a close. I’ll arm you with some good strategies for getting the most out of your Handstand practice, and even give you some information/options on how to continue training with me as your Coach!
