Dynamic Pak Sao drills has been revamped with this new, more up to date version.

The Pak Sao, made famous by Bruce Lee when he went to America, is one of the most underrated techniques in Wing Chun.

Pak Saos are also used by other systems ie: boxing, for controlling the distance of the opponents jabs.

The Wing Chun Pak Sao is a highly dynamic, shocking and a very offensive technique used to destroy your opponents guards, and also used to divert incoming powerful punches.

These lessons looks at the effectiveness of developing ‘Shocking power’ that the Pak Sao produces and when used effectively it can create many openings to execute a powerful attack.
