Welcome to the Four Gates to Lasting Change! In this short course, we are going to be talking about the four major ideas that you need to enact in order to make dramatic, significant and lasting change in your life.
In this first lesson, Brendon introduces the concept of awareness, the varying ways we get to this gate, how we can leverage it, and why it’s integral to making lasting change.
In our first lesson, you learned that the first big opening to major change is always awareness.

 

In this lesson, Brendon introduces the second gate: Acceptance. While awareness generates a lot of realizations, acceptance is about dealing with these realizations and getting away from avoidance. It’s about facing your life fully, as it is in this moment. It’s about taking back your power, realizing where you have power, and accepting what you need to let go of once and for all.
In this lesson, Brendon walks you through the 3 major steps required to walk through the Gate of Acceptance.
In this lesson, Brendon dives into the third Gate – the Gate of Accountability. He specifically addresses:
• Owning your reality, and what that entails
• Owning your role(s) in your professional and personal life, and why this goes hand-in-hand with accountability
• Owning your energy and responses
• Owning your missteps
• Owning your mastery

In this lesson, Brendon explores the Gate of Action. You can have all the awareness of what needs to change in your life. You can be accountable.
