This is an intermediate to advance Rope Flow course – prerequisites are a good command of cardinal directions and transitions to different moves. Since doing tricks involves different rope velocities – a good understanding of rope control and tempo.
After enrolling into this program, expect to be comfortable utiliSing footwork and releases to achieve multidirectional flow patterns to add variety to already know patterns, and to instill a sense of movement exploration to your practice.

Foundations course
This is a great course to learn rope flow basics. As a beginner, it has been a huge help getting me started and has great tutorials for many new moves. I still have a lot to learn, but this course has been a great way for me to learn proper form and learn to move. Thanks Octomoves!

Great Instruction
There are many free videos on youtube. However, this course takes you step by step in your learning curve. I’m still working my way through it…not as fast as I thought I would. It’s a great way to get a good foundation in your rope flow.

Amazing
Amazing how simple move could be so chalenging. The tough part it’s making a habit of practicing it. It quiet sure, that following regular practice will make better focus, stress free and quickly build flexibilitty and muscle.

I’m 62 and Uncoordinated but Loving This!
It’s taking me more time than probably most to pick up the movements; however, I really enjoy picking up the rope and doing some movement throughout the day. I’ve never been sports inclined, can’t hit or throw or kick a ball, can’t climb a rope, but I can certainly enjoy my slow but steady progress with a very enjoyable activity! It’s a great way to move throughout the day since I’m working from home and sitting all day. When I feel a little chilly (it’s cold in Nebraska right now), I get up and roll the rope for a few minutes and sit back down feeling great. Thank you!
