Three separate workouts: A yoga fundamentals program plus short morning and evening programs. “Beginner Basics” is a great introduction to yoga. You’ll learn and practice a variety of classic yoga poses like Down Dog, Sun Salutation, Warrior, Chair and Cat. Always thorough — but never “mystical” or intimidating — the instruction is friendly, precise and informative. It includes terminology, breathing techniques and body positions (using non-technical, easy-to-understand cuing). The AM program features “opening” poses to start your day. The PM workout relaxes and de-stresses your body at the end of the day. A yoga strap and yoga block are optional. ©2009.
