What the workouts look like:
For each 30-minute workout, Venus and Marcus demonstrate and explain a series of kettlebell and bodyweight flow movements, breaking each one down into its most basic components so you can easily master every one. You’ll then combine the moves into a flow for an awesome strength and conditioning session.
