Accreditation Statements:
The Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. MAOPS designates this program for a maximum of .5 AOA Category 2-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation.

Tim Reuschel is Vice President – General Counsel for Hannibal Regional Healthcare System. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Truman State University in Kirksville. He received his legal education at the University of Missouri where he was Senior Note and Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review and admitted to the Order of the Coif in 2000. Tim entered private practice in Kirksville and was a partner in various firms until becoming full-time counsel for HRHS in 2013. He has published articles on many topics, including: contracts, torts and trying cases in rural venues. Prior to joining HRHS, Tim was a member of HRHS’s governing board from 2010-2012. At HRHS, Tim supervises the Risk Management, Contract Management, Facilities, Health Information Management, Compliance and IT Departments as well as providing legal guidance to the CEO, the HRHS Board of Directors and the Medical Staff of Hannibal Regional Hospital. He is the 2018 Vice President of the Missouri Society of Healthcare Attorneys and will serve as President in 2019. Tim and his wife, Cara, are the proud parents of four wonderful, but frustrating children.
