This was a very special interview for me to do. See, Mystery changed my life, in more ways than one. Before I took his workshop, I was a completely different man than I am today. Unconfident, unsure, and even scared. That used to be me. And though shades of the old do flash back into existence from time to time, for the most part, I remain a changed man. I can confidently say with no measure of hype or pretence, that my first Mystery Method workshop was “a reality shattering experience,” as Mystery mentions later on in the interview. I’m not alone either. Hundreds of guys have had their lives changed by this man and his theories on pick-up, dating, and seduction. The fact that the very best in the game currently – Style, Tyler D., Papa, Sickboy, Twenty-six, Playboy, and various other Pick-Up Artists who’ve come to redefine the art – are former student’s of this man, shows just how effective his method and his teachings truly are. Mystery was the first in many respects. He was a pioneer in the early days of alt.seduction.fast, a newsgroup created to market a different man’s product, Mystery and his thoughts of social interaction quickly took the spotlight, mutating into a life of its own.

Mystery was the first to create the concept of “Group Theory,” the concept of “Openers,” and the concept of disqualifying “Negs,” all of which are standard skill sets in this day and age. He was also the first to offer in-field workshops that showed men how to APPLY these skills in the real world, creating an entire niche market unto itself, with a number of others following in his footsteps. His self-developed method is the first to lend a concrete structure to the social construct of “attraction,” in effect laying down a road map for men to know what to do when they are interacting with a woman. Mystery continues to refine his method and pioneer new concepts and theories. He is currently writing a book while holding numerous workshops and seminars around the world. He lives in a Hollywood mansion, dates many beautiful women, and enjoys an envious lifestyle. He is the truest example of success one can find in this community. Thundercat launched a product called “Pure Personality”, based on the concept that because he was overweight, he had to learn game in a way that over powers any limitations in looks. As such, his game expertise was developed around the idea of developing a very strong personality and effectively conveying this personality in the shortest amount of time possible.
