Description
Review the main federal government benefits programs for the disabled. These include Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability (SSD), Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver Programs, Medicare, Federally Assisted Housing through HUD, and Food Stamps. It will touch on what each type of benefit offers and their purpose, as well as also the requirements to qualify. This program will discuss Special Needs Trusts and when they are needed.
