Description
This course begins by explain the creation of U.S. patent rights. We will discuss the U.S. requirements for patentability, and explore the scope of patent rights with respect to the importance of patent claims. Some strategies for start-ups to consider regarding filing patents. We will also look at a granted patent document and review the various sections.
