Before you begin on The Meditation Solution you should be aware that it is a powerful program of purification. Catharsis is a part of the process of purification and as the meditations you will experience as a result of this technology are very deep and designed to get to the deepest parts of the subconscious there are bound to be times of emotional catharsis.

The thing about clearing the mind of past conditioning is that whatever is in there must come out. All of the emotions that have been held in and buried in the subconscious must be cleared and often this means periods of catharsis.

Many times your meditation will be deep enough to dissolve the negative emotions so that after your session you will feel clearer and lighter. Sometimes however, for the very large emotional scars it may take some time for the meditations to work through the emotions and clear them.

In these cases the cathartic process can continue for days or longer. If you experience any extended catharsis it is important to continue the process. It is a matter of record that whatever comes up through meditation will eventually be cleared completely through meditation, inevitably leaving you much lighter and clearer. The longer the period of catharsis the better you can expect to feel afterwards 😉

The Program

The Meditation Solution consists of 12 levels which gradually become more powerful by using lower carrier frequencies.

Each level consists of 3 soundtracks (1 CD). Track A gradually takes you into a deep delta brainwave state and track B holds you at gradually deepening levels of delta (2.5hz, 1.5hz, 0.5hz and 0.3hz). Track C then holds you in the deepest delta frequency possible (0.3hz).

Some other programs use 4 CD’s per level, each using different delta frequencies in their B track. They are 2.5hz, 1.5hz, 0.5hz and 0.3hz. They advise you to use each for two months to gradually get down to 0.3hz which is the deepest and most powerful.

Our CD’s take the listener all the way to 0.3hz but they are held in 2.5hz, 1.5hz, 0.5hz and 0.3hz for equal amounts of time in track B. Then track C holds the listener at 0.3hz. This is a better way to entrain because the 4 delta frequencies produce different chemical changes in the brain. It is better to entrain to all these frequencies every day than to use just one for 2 months at a time as these other systems advise.

Some might say that going straight to 0.3hz will cause too much catharsis but experience has shown that those who choose to use this technology can easily handle it. If you do want to slow down your transition when you move up in levels you can just gradually increase the length of time you listen to track B over days or weeks.

The levels gradually get stronger with the use of lower carrier frequencies. It is important not to move too quickly as the technology is very powerful and the brain needs to restructure gradually. Each Level should be used for around 6 months, once a day for one hour or more. If you wish to Meditate for longer you can simply repeat track C as many times as you wish.

You must be the judge as to when you are ready to move to the next level. When the level you are on does not seem as powerful as it used to and you feel you would like a deeper more powerful meditation then its probably time to move up. Keep in mind however that it does take the brain time to restructure and so moving up faster than advised is often not beneficial.

Track A in all the levels includes the sound of rain and also some crystal singing bowl music by Chicchan. The singing bowls have very precise sounds which each correspond to one of the Chakras. They help to Awaken the corresponding Chakra and to get the energies moving. Tracks B and C simply consist of rain sounds. The brainwave technology is embedded behind these peaceful sounds.
