During the 7-week program, Master Mingtong Gu will guide you through the fundamental Wisdom Healing Qigong practices needed to successfully connect with your body as energy and harness its potential. At every age, we are faced with challenges in relationships with our work, friends, colleagues and our world, and also with our health. A purified and harmonized liver has both the courage and righteousness to guide us to take right action. We will learn how to purify and transform anger right when it is emerging — before it clouds our liver, spleen, lymphatic and immune system.
