I know you’re probably feeling excited right now about all you’re about to learn, and you might not know just where to start. Let me give you some pointers that will make learning fun and easy.

(1) Gently pace yourself.
Give yourself ample time to watch/listen and then digest the material: Once you choose a program, work through it slowly. This collection is meant to stay with you forever. So there’s no rush to absorb it all right now.

(2) Go with your gut.
Read through the descriptions for each program and ask yourself which one sparks the most interest right now. You’ll feel which one is right for you. Start there. You can always change your mind and switch to another program.

(3) Build them into your day.
For the two audio programs, I suggest you download them right now and put them into your portable player, if you have one. That way you can always press “play” whenever the mood strikes – in your car, as you’re walking down the street, while you’re falling asleep, cooking a meal, wherever.

(4) Take advantage of the workbooks.
Whether you print them out or view them on your screen, the accompanying written material is there to help you get the most out of my programs. What’s more, you can look back at your work later and see how far you’ve come.

Delivery Method
