At Red Elephant, we view leadership in many ways. There is no one correct definition of what leadership means – there are several. Whatever the definition of leadership we’re utilizing is, one thing remains constant – almost all models of leadership lead towards producing some result through guiding others to produce it. Our aim for this course is that you are able to elevate and bring different types of leadership to the different communities to which you belong, first by recognizing if you already play a default role, and if so, which role(s) would make a difference for you to step into.
