Who Is Cole Hatter?

Oh boy!.

This guy has one heck of a story!. From being a firefighter and the sole survivor of a horrific road accident where his friends died and the guilt that racked him lead to a horrible depression and a drug and alcohol overdose that almost took his own life.

He wasn’t particularly suicidal – just wanted to “live less”.

It was upon waking from the drug and alcohol induced black out and suicide attempt he made the decision to make his friends lives matter by living life to the max and to get the most and best out of his life that he could and started the transformation of Victim to Victor.

He certainly is a character that strikes a chord with me, I too was in a little bit of a road accident, thankfully nobody died, and like Cole, I too had one heck of fight from wheelchair, to crutches to walking again – his journey in this aspect took 1 year, mine, well 6 years!

To a mass his fortune he started learning everything he could about real estate investing and flipping.  This was in 2005 during the boom years, which were shortly followed by the 2008 crash…where he had to sell everything and start from zero again.

Real estate flipping is the buying and selling of real estate for profit, where typically a property is bought, some repairs made and then sold at a cost greater than the initial price including the cost of the refurbishments.

Typically, the time between buying and selling can be a couple of months to a year.

It is not always neccessary for repairs to be made or for the purchase of distressed property as an investor in real estate you can buy a property in an area with rapidly rising value, do nothing, just hold the property for a while and sell at an elevated price.

How Tai Lopez’s Real Estate Flipping Program Works

Tai Lopez say’s that there are just three core things that you must know to be successful at real estate flipping which are:

1. Finding The Deals
2. Structuring And Funding The Deals.
3. Closing The Deals And Cashing Out!.

When you have completed and mastered these 3 deals you can simply rinse and repeat and reinvest into bigger and more profitable deals.

Real estate is not about a property’s value; it is about recognising that the value, the price you pay is lower that what you can sell it for.

The real key to real estate is recognising under valued properties and selling at its true value.

• How to use 'old school' real estate investing techniques (that are proven to work) with the internet, so you can find and close deals FAST

The cost of the training program is US$699 and there are other costs associated as there are marketing expenses and costs of setting up your new business.

If you use Rocket Lawyer or LegalZoom you will pay something like US$500 but if you go through proper lawyers you won’t get much change out of US$1,500.

You will need bandit signs also as one of the techniques taught in the program involves the use of those signs.

You will also need some business cards made to hand out to contractors, agents and investors.

For more credibility, you will have to have a website, the cost there is US$5 per month for hosting and US$15 per year for a domain name. You can easily have a site built for you cheap enough from Upwork.

I always check a company’s rating accreditation with the Better Business Bureau, as this can help us see how professionally and legally they manage their business.

The actual product, Real Estate Investing is not listed on the BBB database as it is a product and not a business.

However,

Tai Lopez is Listed and is fully accredited and holds and an impressive A- rating.

I could not find any complaints about Tai Lopez Real Estate Flipping Program, instead of this I checked out some complaints regarding the seller, Tai Lopez.

It seems that there are some refund issues and some glitches involving the cancelation of products after the trial.

Given that the vast majority of issues were resolved I will happily assume that the glitches and issues have been corrected.
