Hey there!

I’ve been getting the question a lot about where I went to school, how I liked it, how it works, etc. So, I decided to put this together for you incase you were curious as well.

Let me tell you how I decided to start taking the courses first.

I’m really into following divine guidance and paying attention to synchronicity. This is one of those times.

I had been looking for a program for several months and found one that I really liked, but it cost $5,000 for the courses. That was honestly a bit too far out of my budget. I am a huge believer in investing in yourself, especially in your own education, but I just couldn’t quite take the leap on this one.

I happened to stumble upon the BodyMind Institute quite by accident and as I was looking at David Wolfe’s Raw Nutrition Certification and watching his passionate intro and explination video about the course, I received a separate email that popped up from The Vegetarian Institute that had David Wolfe in the subject line!

Another great thing that really helped me be okay with taking it and jumping into it was that it costs $797 for a year of access to the course. That’s a good price in my eyes and much more affordable. The even better part was that they have a payment plan of $68 a month for 12 months.

After I signed up, I spent several months staying up late at night watching videos, taking notes and doing quizzes and watching more videos until I couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore. I loved every minute of it. I wasn’t sure if it would be a rehash of what I had been spending the past 2 years learning on my own, but to my surprise it was so much more and I learned a whole lot of goodies. Especially about superfoods and super herbs.

But, don’t worry, there is also an Introduction to Raw Nutrition included as part of the free courses. Yep, they have a TON of FREE courses that come with it. You can also sign up for the free courses on their HOME PAGE, for free of course!

Inside David Wolfe’s Raw Nutrition Certification there are even more goodies! As you can see, I still have even more to do even after I completed the certification.

I’m going to take you inside the Raw Certification: Lessons 1-70. This is where the certification is earned.

With each lesson you get a printable PDF handout of the outline of the content in the video to help you follow along and take notes with.

Then you click on “Next” and it takes you to a short video. They are usually around 8 to 10 minutes long.

I particularly loved these Pantry lessons because his pantry is HUGE and loaded with so many fascinating goodies. This is done straight from him home in Canada, so you get to see how he lives (without a fridge) and how connected he is to his surroundings. He is also a walking encyclopedia and is fascinating to learn from.

I mean, LOOK at all this stuff! (Oh, and his crazy hair is fun to watch too.)

Then you take a multiple choice quiz. It tells you instantly if you passed or not and you can retake it if you didn’t.

And of course they give you the printable PDF transcripts for all of the videos that you can study for your test with.

These courses are LOADED with so much information and I feel it was worth every penny. And I haven’t even gotten through everything yet!
