Paul Chek has come up with some devilish balancing and strength exercises for this tape, and he gleefully puts you through the ringer. I like this tape quite well as a supplement to my Yoga practice, which I find gives me a better overall sense of core power and fitness, but nevertheless the Swiss ball exercises work your body in some very unique and helpful ways. More core power and balance means you can lay out more satisfying [booty]-whipping on the field or in the ring!
