And the bottom line is I’m just a regular guy – I’ve been married to the love of my life for 44 years, have two daughters in their thirties and a two-year-old granddaughter who already has me wrapped around her little finger. I’ve been blessed to spend over three decades working in a field I find deeply fulfilling.

But I doubt you’re particularly concerned with how old my children are. What you’re more than likely wondering is if I can help you.

I do help people – all the time.

But for a lot of people reading this page, the answer is NO, I can’t help you.

Most people want a quick fix, which is why the weight loss industry gets away with peddling total crap like ‘quick and easy’ or ‘never go hungry’.
