HEY GIRL.

I remember when I first got into this stuff, I thought – what the heck is a light worker?

I had heard that it was something to do with feeling like y ou could help others, like there was a part of you that could see the greater picture that others could not for themselves.

So what did I do? I followed my intuition. I followed the courses. I did the courses. I followed the people who inspired me. I did my own personal development.

LET ME TELL YOU that I did't get any certification to do what I do today. I simply was taught by other people who had created what I saw myself wanting to create.

Sometimes when we feel called to rise, we get backlash from people of our past. Maybe people you used to know, people you were friends with, family etc – it can be easy for them to question what you're doing and you feel like you almost just don't want to try because of it! We talk about how to overcome and work cooperatively with this.

THE FEAR OF JUDGEMENT

When you're putting yourself out there it's so easy (even at my stage) to still feel like you could be judged. We work around what to do when you feel judged, even by the people you love most – and also the people from high school you haven't spoken to for 10 years.

IDENTITY CRISIS

It's also SUPER common to have some sort of identity crisis where you have no idea who you are, who you're becoming and what the hell you're doing. This is where we find inner grounding so that you can feel rooted in the decisions you're making so that you can step up to your best potential.

It's so easy to feel like you have gifts and to work with them – but then there's the part where you have NO idea what to call yourself. Am I a spiritual coach?… A mindset mentor?? WHAT AM I?
