NTSC vs PAL?

All our DVD’s are region code 0, or region-free. This means that virtually everyone, globally, can view our DVD’s. In some countries, some DVD players may not properly play our DVD’s, however even when this happens there are several possible solutions. Most players sold today outside the USA offer multi-region playback, but even if that’s not the standard option, a ‘code’ entered into the remote control can hack your DVD player into region-free playback.

If you live outside the USA, and you find our DVD’s play only in black & white, you can change the output setting for your DVD player to RGB (Red/Green/Blue), and this has historically solved the problem.

FYI: NTSC & PAL are not an issue with DVD’s the way they are with VHS Videosets.
