John Dreiser is an attorney with the Law Offices of Tony Farmer and John Dreiser in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Mr. Dreiser focuses his practices in the area of Social Security Disability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, products liability, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability and ERISA litigation, Veteran’s Disability, and Railroad Retirement Board disability.

He is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and Tennessee Bar Associations as well as the American Association for Justice, Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, Workplace Injury Litigation Group, and NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives).  As part of his membership to the Knoxville Bar Association, he is an active member of the Professionalism committee. 

Mr. Dreiser received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where he graduated cum laude with concentrations in Political Science, History, and Philosophy.  He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, graduating cum laude in 2000.  Mr. Dreiser has significant appellate experience before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Tennessee on various cases including personal injury and workers’ compensation issues.  Mr. Dreiser has lectured previously for the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians regarding the American Medical Association Guidelines For The Evaluation Of Permanent Impairment, as well as other seminars to lawyers and practitioners on Social Security Disability, medical records and workers’ compensation.

Emma Drozdowski Webb represents clients at all levels of a Social Security Disability claim from the Initial Application to Federal Court.  Emma is certified as a specialist in Social Security Disability law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She has been recognized as a Top Attorney for her work in Social Security Disability law by her peers in the Knoxville Bar Association. Emma is on the Tennessee Bar Association’s Disability Law Section Executive Council.  Emma is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), and a Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Knoxville. Emma’s desire to work as a lawyer helping those in need began in elementary school. For a school project, Emma wrote that she wanted to be the “kind of lawyer who helps people that don’t have a lot of money.” Today, that picture hangs in her office as a constant reminder of that dream.

Emma earned her B.A. from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.  Emma attended Loyola University Chicago Law School and graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Middle District of Tennessee.
