How much income you need to be able to service loans, lines of credit, how you can actually use a line of credit versus an offset account, taxation, accounting, how everything in the financing area actually affects you in a way that makes sure that you can continue to invest. So instead of negative gearing and actually diminishing your income, we make sure that you put yourself in a position where every loan that you go for is actually strengthened by the previous deal that you just done.  We’ll talk you through all the different aspects of broking, mortgage broking, applying for loans, and the different changes that have happened in the industry in recent times. Its a very exciting space that you do need to know and understand.  I know that you will get a ton of information from this module.
