CONTENT
WEEK 1
RELEASE BASIC RESTRICTIONS
In the first week, you will learn how to release the most fundamental tissue restrictions (trigger points) that are currently impairing your movement abilities.
WEEK 2
RELEASE DEEP RESTRICTIONS
At this point, your body is free of most of its basic restrictions. This enables you to dig deeper and release the last portion of your tissue restrictions, which is creating the tension you are currently experiencing.
WEEK 3
IMPROVE YOUR BREATHING
Your breathing controls most biological processes in your body and must therefore be enhanced before progressing to your movement pattern. This week teaches you comprehensively how to get the most out of your breathing, both in your daily life, but also during physical activity.
WEEK 4
OPTIMIZE YOUR POSTURE
Sustainable movement starts with an efficient posture. Because, if we can’t stand stable and strong, we can’t expect to move stable and strong. You will be taught exactly how in this week.
WEEK 5
CORRECT YOUR DYSFUNCTIONS
Your postural dysfunctions are participating in your restrictions. This can be flatfootedness, rounded shouldes, ‘kyphosis’, tilted pelvis, or many others. In Week 5, we will zoom in on every of these potential dysfunctions, what their causes are and how to fix them. You will also learn thoroughly how to utilize Biofeedback Bands for the purpose.
WEEK 6
CORRECT MUSCLE FUNCTION
At this point, your body is free of the restrictions that have impaired it for years. You are therefore now able to learn a new and more efficient pattern of muscle activation to guide the most optimal outcome of movement.
WEEK 7
ENHANCE YOUR MOBILITY
Did you know that you aren’t meant to stretch? If you continuously need to stretch to remain mobile, then you are doing it wrong. In this week, you will learn how to gain a level of flexibility throughout your entire body that serves the most effective functional purpose, so you never have to think about stretching again.
WEEK 8
IMPROVE YOUR MOVEMENT
At this stage your body is operating on a new level. Its tissue restrictions are gone and it knows exactly how to activate correctly. It can now be taught how to move in the multidimensional movement plane. This week’s teachings emphasize the innate movement patterns that we were born to move with.
WEEK 9
IMPROVE YOUR MOVEMENT LVL 2
At this point in your development, your body is capable of performing on the highest level. You will now be taught how to do complex movements that serve you best, while being taught how to activate your nervous system and sensory system through ‘proprioceptive’ training.
WEEK 10
OPTIMIZE YOUR ELASTICITY
Fascial recoil can be defined as ’tissue elasticity’ – the power source we use during running and jumping. This can only be enhanced when you know how to move on the ground, which you do by now. The last week will teach you how to install this more eco-friendly power source from your fascia, which will take your power and endurance to the next level.
