Hemi-Sync – A Distant Star
Symbolizing hope in the darkened skies, Micah Sadigh’s A Distant Star is a beautiful, flowing ambient musical composition consisting of seven movements depicting a far journey. Inspired by a photograph of Bob Monroe he took years ago at his Gateway Voyage at The Monroe Institute, Micah stated, “I would literally look at Bob’s picture when I was rehearsing before recording the different movements. So he was with me, in a sense, during this entire project. Please put your headphones on, low volume, and go and visit Bob who has a message from a distant star.” Length: 31 minutes.
Micah was kind enough to gift this piece of music to us, so we are now offering it here as a non-Hemi-Sync® release. All proceeds will go to support scholarships to Gateway Voyage at The Monroe Institute.

Dr. Micah Sadigh is a Professor of Psychology at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
In 1989, after meeting Robert Monroe, Micah composed two compositions, Inner Journey and A Visit to Locale 2 (which was not released). Both pieces were inspired by Mr. Monroe’s books. These compositions were followed by Transformation, Visitation, The Journey Home, Portal to Eternity, and The Return. A new composition, Journeys of the Soul, was recently submitted to Monroe Products for consideration and possible release in 2009. Currently, Micah is working on a sequel to The Return called Be Still, and a re-mastered, extended version of A Vision of God, which had a limited release in 1997. A live concert is being planned for 2009.
