Capt. Ha Tang, DO is a board certified family medicine physician with the United States Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, in Tuba City, Arizona. A graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, Dr. Tang is a general medical officer in the United States Navy. He is currently the Deputy Chief of Family Medicine Department at the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation.
