This will be the LIVE 4 day event where you will fully emerge with your coach, looking at properties and teaching you how to do your due diligence both during and after the event.

Purchasing a property is not required. However, you will have the opportunity to bid on deals with a coach walking you through the process every step of the way. 

There are several dates available to choose from. You will be able to pick which auction you would like to attend during your welcome Call. Your student liaison will be reaching out to you soon to schedule the welcome call.

What to expect…

**1st Pre-Auction Session**

This session will be hosted by your coach Dutch Mendenhall, its a Group conference call 3 weeks prior to the trip. The 1st Pre Auction session is to prepare you for the Revolution Training, increase your knowledge on tax liens and deeds, and show you how to do your required due diligence in order to be successful in this business.

The first Session will cover:

*Bidder Registration

*Forms of Payment

*Expectations

*What to bring with you

*Evaluating a property list

*Homework

*Question & Answers

**2nd Pre-Auction Session**

This session will be a scheduled Private One on One call with Dutch Mendenhall himself. This will be a follow up call two weeks prior to the training. Dutch wants to make sure all your questions are answered, and you are ready to go!

The Second Session will cover:

*Partnering and funding

*Property List

*Friday Meet & Greet

*Questions & Answers

**Post-Auction Session**

The session is to review what you have learned at the LIVE Revolution Training and help you set up for success once your LIVE Revolution Training is complete. We will explain at least 10 Exit Strategies in getting you out of your current asset in a profitable way.
