Since his first leg lock series, the games around exposing the heel and finishing the heel hook from saddle have become so much more complicated, but Craig shows how you can roll and reposition so that leverage, body weight, and position are on your side. You can increase your finishing percentage from the saddle and the 50/50, the two most common positions for Craig’s signature inside heel hook.
