I’m so glad you found me! If you have never meditated, meditate regularly, or have an interest in meditation you are in the right place.
I’ve been meditating over 20 years and I feel that this practice is life affirming and life changing. As an ambassador for meditation, I enjoy encouraging people to try the practice for thirty days and notice the difference in their lives.
Just Breathe is an introduction to meditation that uses simple practices to help you slow down, connect with your breath, and be in the present moment, more.
It often feels like we are constantly moving from one thing to the next. I’ve learned that It All Starts with Me. One Breath. One Thought. One Deed.

In Just Breathe you will learn simple practices you can easily use. We will work with our breath and practice breathing consciously and consistently. The meditations are designed to be short so you can to include them in your daily activities. Take a peek at the curriculum below for information.
You can start an intentional meditation practice at your own pace and have direct access to me as you are learning. As you begin to connect with these easy practices you may notice the following:

I know when I first started learning to meditate, it was daunting and I didn’t have anyone else learning with me. I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t know if I was doing it “right” and what to do with my thoughts. Not to mention all those thoughts that come up when you are starting something new.
