Last year in late April of 2010  the stock market underwent a very fast and abrupt  correction  downwards. The drop in the indices was  so sharp and  abrupt it  caught me off guard and caused my  profits to turn quickly into losses.. That experience  taught me that I needed a barometer or some type of gauge   to help diagnose ahead of time when

My next quest since I don’t trade the indices and only trade individual stocks was to understand how to select those stocks which would move.

Many, many times I would select stocks that would be slow movers in the market while I’d watch the fast movers wondering why not all stocks would move in similar fashion. I  watched the stock rise to over $9 in 5 months making 100% return on my money.
