Annabelle Allen

Annabelle Allen (aka La Maestra Loca) is a passionate Spanish teacher who enjoys helping students of ALL ages ACQUIRE the Spanish language, rather than just learn it. Her goal for her students, children and adults, is communication. She is considered a leader in her teaching methodology (Comprehensible Input) and mentors teachers throughout the nation in developing their skills in this style of language education. Annabelle has coached thousands of teachers throughout the nation in making the language come ALIVE in their classrooms! In her free time Annabelle enjoys traveling the world and blogging about her travels. She also loves eating! Anything and everything, even duck tongue and sheep brain! Her favorite thing in the world is spending time with her family, including her newborn son Memphis, and picnicking with her husband Paul and beloved bonus-daughter Isla Rose who LOVES all things Unicorns, fairies, and mermaids, just like her “AtDat”.
