FOR HOW LONG SHOULD I USE CALIATHLETICS WORKOUT PROGRAM?
We cannot answer this question as it depends entirely on you. Everyone starts from the different level and some people might progress faster than others. Generally, it takes 1,5 up to 2 weeks to complete one level, so you can use whole program from 8 to 10 months. We suggest following our program as long as you want to progress effectively and become master of your own body!
HOW SHOULD I USE CALIATHLETICS PROGRAM?
Whilst you will have an access to all of the training levels available, you should choose a level that you are able to complete with a good form but will remain a challenge for you.
Once you complete all of the training days for a given level you are free to move on to the next one. Don’t worry, however, if you find the following level too difficult. Just come back to the previous level and build up more strength before attempting again. Eventually you will make it to the level 20! You will find detailed explanation in Introduction section.
DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE VIDEOS?
Yes! Every training day is recorded separately presenting the perfect form of each exercise and number of sets and reps. Skills guides are high-quality, detailed videos explaining how to achieve each of them. Videos cover progressions, tips and tricks on how to learn them quickly.
